About Us

Wellbeing SUP Yoga empowers people with confidence on the water, through connection of movement, mind & body.

Fusing the two disciplines of stand up paddling and yoga, we have created a dynamic and unique experience unlike anything else you’ve tried before, a real workout on water! We exist to create a joyful and memorable experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

 

Whether you’re an intermediate paddler or yogi looking to hone in on your skills, or a complete beginner who’s always been curious to give SUP or SUP yoga a go, we have classes to suit your experience level. Our class sizes are small and are run by a fully qualified yoga and stand up paddle instructor on yoga specific, premier quality Red Paddle Co boards to ensure you get the best experience on the water.

We offer a range of different experiences and lesson formats, including but not limited to group classes, 1 on 1 private SUP lessons, tours, fitness training, corporate team building sessions (SUP & SUP Yoga) and can even cater for special occasions such as Birthdays or dates with a little something extra.

Cecily Pezet 

Head Instructor and Founder of Wellbeing SUP Yoga

Cecily realised her desire to share her passion for the water, outdoors, being physically active and all things ‘SUP’ and Yoga , hence Wellbeing SUP Yoga was born.

Cecily has been an avid SUP paddler for the last 8 years and undertook  her level 1 SUP instructor and Community Life Saving qualifications in 2020 to enable her to share the sport with others.

Cecily also completed her Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 , having been introduced to Yoga as a very active 4-year old  and in later years was introduced to SUP Yoga. This is where she realised it was possible to combine both her passions and introduce others to their benefits and enjoyment.

She is continually adding to her qualifications in order to deliver the best possible classes on the water for her clients.

Our sessions can be solely SUP paddling based, fully focused on SUP Yoga, or a combination of both. Flexibility in delivery and location are also a key benefit of engaging Cecily to introduce you to these fun and beneficial activities.  

Wellbeing SUP Yoga is fully insured, a Parks Vic permit holder and accredited and registered SUP School.
